The hotel is very nice - staff was very helpful. It's located 10 min away from the old town. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, but mine was lacking hand soap. Overall, a good experience.

I had some concerns during my recent visit that I'd like to share. The staff member at check-in seemed a bit uncomfortable to interact with, and my guests (including myself) felt a little uneasy around him. When he stopped by our room to ask about passport copies, it caught me off guard—I wasn't aware this was a requirement, and it would have been helpful to have this explained clearly during check-in.
I was also surprised to learn about the one-hour guest policy. Since this wasn't mentioned when I arrived, I didn't realize it was a house rule. It would be really helpful to have these guidelines posted or explained upfront so guests know what to expect.
That very staff member had the audacity to come knocking on my door to remind my guests about the time limit, it felt a bit informal, rude and we felt like he was stalking on us through the hotel CTTV and this put everyone in an awkward position. My friends and I were embarrassed by the situation, and it definitely put a damper on what was meant to be a nice visit.
I'd appreciate if you could review these policies—perhaps clearer signage or a welcome briefing could help prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. I'm open to discussing this further if it would be helpful.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment at Passpartu. It was a nice place with a wrap around balcony and full kitchen. The property is in a great location. It’s close to landmarks and multiple restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. We were able to order our dishes the night before. The dishes came in big portions and were delicious. The menu had many choices. We stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

Quite a nice hotel. Located just behind the museum, an appropriate name for The Hotel. The breakfast were nice, The Hotel staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. There is nothing negative that I have seen about this hotel.
