It was walking distance from the center of tosen, but also out to the marshses and beautiful water views in the other direction. Also, Ozzy was really easy to communicate with and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. This was my first time renting on VRBO, I was excited to stay in Ipswich I have lived in Methuen for 30 years and we were coming back to see family. Upon arrival we had to climb 35 steep steps and drag our luggage and groceries up. I could not have my parents or Aunts come over because they could not climb the stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable the bathroom floor feels like you are going to fall through it, and is so small. My husband and I watched a movie and the host called and said it was to loud. Really it was 10:15 pm and not loud at all. When you pay what we did you have certain expectations. These were not met on this trip. Was given wrong lock box number to retrieve the key so that took a while to get straightened out. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was very small. Main issue was the amount of stairs it took to get into the apartment. Would have been nice to have been mentioned before booking as my mother went with me and has a hard time with stairs. The apartment is on the second story and you have to park down below the driveway so you have to climb an extra set of stairs to get to the front door. ##### Kristina K.
