Area was in the center of where I travelled within Ipoh. Most of the venues were no more than 20mins drive away. Good food was only walking distance away from the property. They sent it to whatsapp, should sent it to email. Took me an hr. to contact them, and they were nice to let me in before paying the damage deposit. The on site agent Kyan is very nice and accommodating. She came despite other work and sent me tons of good link to local food. The office people are efficient and helpful too. very spaces, and place is clean. We left the property in the early hours at 630am. There were no lighting in the corridors! Imagine if there was an emergency and the tenants had to walk in the dark!
