Good location but NOT well maintained (rundown)

Next to AEON Station 18, very conveniently located and food just next to it. This is a budget hotel where the provide a very basic facilities like shower heater, air-conditioning and TV. There is a hot & cold water dispenser at stairway. My experience here on a quad family room was pretty bad one, the first room have a broken leg bed and the sink is clogged. We were shown to second room and found everything was okay except the door lock was NOT in good condition but the next day the water heater was NOT operating as there was no water coming to the shower head and we're offered the next room for bathing. Eventhough they provide alternative but we felt the inconveniences and the trouble, I considered this budget hotel run down and in bad shape. I would miss this budget hotel or will NOT come to this place again, many other alternatives.

Suitable for short stay only

Good: staffs are very friendly & helpful. Convience as located just right opposite Aeon. Bad: There’s just a 3/5 height sliding door to saperate between bathroom and the room which without windows. Only a switch for the bathroom light, it’s very noisy to switch on the light in the middle on the night or early morning as the fan running as well. Only a liquid provided in the bathroom, we assume it is suitable for hair & body. No sanitary items provided eg, toothbrush, toothpaste, no toilet paper.

Tilam keras & shower tak strategic

Tilam katil sangat keras. Duduk pun terasa flat je. Tido seriously sakit belakang. Tempat shower pulak tak strategic sebab bila buka shower tu air turun bawah toilet bowl. So space untuk nak mandi sangat sempit.

At webstie expedia state Have breakfast but None

The hotel was ok. But the bathroom was leaking and im a bit dissapointed regarding expedia website shows have breakfast. I choose due to the value and included breakfast but i went there the staff said no we dont provide and ''MAYBE KL PROVIDE'' and its not our fault and the charges state at the resit and the one deduct in my account is different. Im really upset as no one reply my email especially expedia. Pls if there is no breakfast dun charge so high. I chose the hotel coz of price INCLUDED BREAKFAST.State 145+ but charge 175.01. Im upset. My family love to travel to Ipoh but will never go to this hotel again. I WANNA KNOW WHOS FAULT? Either expedia state at website the wrong information or the hotel was wrong as charge high? Email me the answer yeah? Tq thats all.

In my reservation on hotels.com,I requested for non-smoking room with no window but they gave us a smoking room with window.My husband asked them about this and they said that the room requested has been taken by someone else and they don't have any other rooms available and they said the price I paid is not their actual room price.don't they know we booked online will get cheaper rate?how can they even give the requested room to others when my payment has been charged to my credit card!even got small cockroaches on my pillow when we went back to the room after supper.room is dirty with a type of foul smell and bedsheets are stained too.never ever returning to this hotel even if all hotels in Ipoh are fully booked.
