Cobwebs on above the bed. Leftover food crackers underneath the bed. Leaking water hose and shower head. That shows the maintenance and Housekeeping hardly do their job. It is a hotel but Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room at all. When asked at the reception why the room is not cleaned on a daily basis. She mentioned it has to be requested. Weird but true. Then don’t call yourself a hotel. The Housekeeping staff we came across kept asking us which room we are at. When asked we assumed he was going to clean it but he did not. The Receptionists on duty are also not helpful when asked a question, the way they answer is not logical but more of giving excuses probably to avoid extra work or so. Would not recommend this hotel.
