Got in touch with the manager, that mentioned as it is a complimentary service by the hotel that it’s the guest’s responsibility to make sure the iron was working properly. I was taken aback with such comments and I deem this as unacceptable reason for something that I don’t own which is defective. I would not recommend this hotel. A rain shower was installed without a wall or curtain separating shower section from rest of toilet, so everything gets wet- pool of water spreads nearly to the toilet door. No hooks for clothes, only a towel rail.
