É um bom hotel, mas… Piorou na manutenção (ar condicionados azedos pelo hotel), piorou nos serviços (faltando até pratos no café), e piorou na tranquilidade ao alugarem quartos para mensalistas muito barulhentos. O preço piorou porque é de outro nível, não condizente com a situação atual

The staff was very friendly. The hotel needs to be updated. The beds are not very comfortable. The shower was good but I had a difficult time to open the plastic shampoo package. Plastic Bottles would better. Best was okay but the selection was limited. Only a few fruits. Location was perfect if visiting Aperam SS mill.

Ficamos no quarto 317. Para começar, o elevador estava em manutenção. Ao chegar no quarto, ligamos o ar, uma barulheira sem fim. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, porém, não havia nenhum desocupado. Ao tentar minimizar o barulho do ar, abri a tampa e o filtro estava imundo, sinal de que nao há manutenção. Tivemos de dormir no calor e sem ar, pois o barulho incomodava bastante.

Foi uma péssima experiência.Pedimos para ver a possibilidade de entrar antes no quarto pq estávamos muito cansados de uma longa viagem. Dissemos que poderíamos pagar taxa ou meia diária. A resposta foi seca e a atendente não teve a menor empatia. Entendo que tem horário e tal, mas em geral os hotéis tentam fazer o máxmo para atender. Pelo menos tentam. Blz. Voltamos na hora certa. A mesma moça pouco simpática não passou orientação da senha de internet. Ficamos sem a senha de internet pq ligamos várias vezes na recepção e não atendia. Como foi noite de natal, chegamos tarde. No dia seguinte, chegamos para o café 10 minutos após as 9 ( horário pouco usual, já que a maioria dos hotéis oferece café até às 10). E a recepcionista disse que não tinha como liberar. Explicamos que foi noite de natal, chegamos muito tarde e que seríamos rápidos. Não teve negociação. Não foram 30, 40 minutos, foram 10 minutos de atraso. Sem café, numa cidade que não conhecíamoa, saímos no feriado de natal para buscar algo aberto. Tudo fechadíssimo. Depois de rodar muito encontramos um local. Voltamos ao hotel ,que TB estava sem elevador, Fomos tomar banho e a água não esquentou. Liguei na recepção, nada de atender. Tomamos banho frio. Saindo para almoço perguntei sobre a senha da internet e disseram que era atrás da chave. Quando fui procurar não tinha nada. Já no segundo dia conseguimos a senha. E fomos embora bem desapontados.
