It is my favorite place to stay in Iowa city so far. As it’s easy to walk to a lot of things, including the campus and target and dinner spots. The staff overall is very friendly. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Lots of breakfast food options, but eggs were watery. Coffee was great! Unable to use in-room hot tub: no grab bars to use in order to exit tub. Also no grab bars in bathroom tub/shower.

Breakfast is mediocre. Rooms on higher floorz are outdated and not maintained. The chair in my room was filthy, shower insert was yellow from water over the years and there was a weird stain/hardened substance on side of ac unit. Elevator floors were sticky and visibly dirty.
