  • Great 3BR, 2 bath house in quiet residential area has everything you need for a home away from home. Close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a great brewery, parks and public transportation.

    2 Bedrooms are situated upstairs and a 3rd is on the main floor. All have large closets, fans and beautiful lighting. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a great flow with a semi-open floor plan. The deck overlooks a backyard with a privacy fence. The keypad entry ensures a safe and easy check in and check out. Other highlights include comfy couches, a Smart TV, an awesome dining room table to seat 5 (or 7 with a leaf), and a bar with 2 stools. The well-stocked kitchen has a great gas stove and lots of storage. The house has varied lighting options, from bright and cheerful to more intimate. On-site parking for up to 3 cars (in a single-car garage and alongside the house in the driveway). Additional street parking is available.
