"View from.the room is stunning, but glass panes/windows were not cleaned so it was a bit frustrating. But a lot of repairs are overdue for the amenities. Staff is helpful and polite, reception /check-in was amicable and helpful."

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."

Our seven‑day stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pool is a definite game‑changer—it’s very large, with plenty of areas for guests to sit back and relax, whether in the lobby, in front of the hotel, or around the pool area itself. There is also lots of parking space, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend."

As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "
