Es ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Zwei großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen stehen zur Auswahl. Im Winter ist die Buchung einer Garage möglich. Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, einschl. Kabel-TV und zusätzlichem SAT-TV, Radio mit CD/MP3-Player, tragbares Telefon, Kaffeemaschine, kostenlosem Wlan-Anschluss (Laptop selbst mitbringen), Bett- und Tischwäsche, sowie Hand- und Duschtücher. Im Sommer können Sie herrliche Wanderungen auf die umliegenden Berge und Almen, Fahrradtouren durch unsere wunderschöne Chiemgauer Landschaft oder Erholung in unserem modernen, als Natursee gestalteten Badepark für sonnenhungrige Gäste, angrenzendes Hallenbad mit modernster Sauna-Anlage genießen. Im Winter herrlicher Skilanglauf auf unseren 5 äußerst guten und gepflegten Langlauf-Loipen mit einer Gesamtlänge von über 40 km Länge, Beginn der Chiemgau-Marathon-Loipe von Inzell über Ruhpolding nach Reit i. Winkl (einfache Strecke ca. 30 km), Rodeln auf der 600 Meter langen Naturrodelbahn in Adlgaß mit Flutlicht und Rodelverleih im Forsthaus Adlgaß. Eissport in unserer weltbekannten Eissporthalle (Max-Aicher-Arena) wie Eisschnellauf, Puplikumslauf, Eisstockschießen, Eishockey usw. Hier finden auch viele internationale und nationale Wettkämpfe und Meisterschaften bis hin zu Weltmeisterschaften im Eisschnellauf statt, ebenso wie internationale Wettkämpfe im Eisspeedway.
