No 10 - Immaculate top floor city centre two bed flat suitable for 4 guests.
Welcome to No 10. An Immaculate 2 bedroom top floor flat in the heart of Inverness. Minutes' walk from High Street Shopping, Bars and Restaurants, 7 Minute walk from train or bus station. Located in a quiet City Centre Street within walking distance of all amenities, Eden Court Theatre, cinema, shops and river walks. Ideal location for a city break for couples or friends. WIFI, NETFLIX and all home comforts included. Limited Parking on request. 2 night minimum stay. No 10 is located in the heart of the City, you won’t need a Taxi to get about, everywhere is walkable. The flat really is central and is immaculate, I clean it myself and my standards are exceptional. The new Mattresses are very comfortable to ensure you have a great sleep. The flat is on the top floor of a three-storey building (36 steps) it has a security access system on the main door. As soon as you step out onto the street you get the smells of coffee and baking from the café on the corner. Inverness is a great city to see on foot, the Town house on Bridge Street, the Castle, both well worth a photo opportunity. It has an amazing amount of restaurants and pubs as well as plenty family activities in the local area.Inverness has a good variety of things to do and see in the local area, if you are looking for walks there are riverside walks in Ness Islands, the walks are lit in the evening and you can walk onto the islands from one side of the river and up the other side it is all flat, just head to the river, turn left and keep walking, you will see the signposts that take you onto the Islands. There is small takeaway stall on the West side of the river that does great coffees and cakes, there are seats there facing the river and also plenty seating on the walks.
The canal, further west has a great walk, all flat again, you can walk up one side to Dochgarroch where there is a restaurant/cafe gift shop, once you're refreshed you can walk the other side back into Inverness, it is about a 6 Mile round trip if starting by the Beefeater Hotel on the A82.
If you are looking for a view over the city then go to Tomnahurich Cemetery, it is the dead centre of Inverness, it is situated in the west of the City and you walk up the hill in the Cemetery you get great views of the city. It is fairly steep, there is a spiral road that leads to the top, which is a really nice walk. Happy Exploring.

This beautiful apartment is so wonderful. The owners have thought of everything! The location is superb and easy walking to city centre and all the attractions. We were so happy to have a nice and so comfortable place to have a few extra days to rest on a busy trip. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Ali!!
Really enjoyed our stay in Inverness and this flat in particular. Cozy but layout well suited our group of three. Nice quiet neighborhood but well within easy walking distance of all center city attraction and numerous dining options. Apartment was clean, modern, and bright and communication with the host was easy. Checkin and checkout similarly easy experiences. Would highly recommend.
This location was prime for us! The flat was comfortable, nice views, a short walk from the train station, and comfortable beds. There is a washing machine, which was useful for us at this leg of our trip. (No dryer, but a drying rack is available) The cafe downstairs on the corner was a real bonus: the coffee and food were fantastic! This location is a short walk into town (almost right in it). We loved exploring Inverness and would definitely stay here again. (If you have any limitations with walking or climbing steps you may not like it, but we walk a lot so it was not an issue for us.)
Terrific flat in a terrific location and terrific host!
We really enjoyed staying at No. 10. The apartment was spacious and clean and great decor; everything worked well; the shower was great- its big(!); there was a nice view of a lovely old Victorian building across the street; the location was perfect- close to eating and dining but also easy to get out of town to explore the Highlands; and we also appreciated all the helpful information and advice from the host- Ali has thought of everything and is very friendly:-) Highly recommended!
The apartment was super clean and lovingly furnished, we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our three-day stay in and around Inverness. The communication with Ali was perfect, we also got a lot of tips for our stay. Thank you!
Check in was a breeze and the hosts were even able to accommodate us checking in early due to flight times and such. The flat was clean and we very much appreciated the in-depth instructions for operating everything from the shower to the coffee maker!
The location is a lovely 5-10minute walk to plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. We also loved the recommendations that came with the packet of instructions, made it easier to pick where to try first!
Wonderful flat for a stay in Inverness. Ali and Trish are wonderfully kind hosts, made the process so easy and fun. Their flat is well-kept and in an ideal, perfect walking location to Inverness. They provided many recommendations for local restaurants and cafes (we visited Castle Tavern, the Bicycle Cafe and Cheese & Tomatin). All were excellent!
Thank you Ali & Trish!

My husband and adult daughter stayed for one night. The apartment is located very close to all the city's attractions while being just far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is nicely appointed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. My only constructive feedback is to add more comfortable pillows and a couple of the windows didn't open in all the positions.
This apartment was a great place to stay for a night on our road trip around Scotland. It's clean and spacious and had all we needed (coffee, comfortable beds, etc.). The shower was a little complex to figure out, and we never entirely got it figured out, but that was the only hitch. All else was great! Thanks for a lovely spot in Inverness.
P.S. the cafe next door does a lovely breakfast!
The location was perfect for walking into the city as well as day trips. Ali’s communication right after booking as well as right before check in was awesome. We never needed anything but I’m positive Ali would’ve addressed any of our needs. Thank you again for a great stay in Inverness!

This property is in a great location and has very easy street permit parking. Communication with the host was simple and prompt, and early access details were provided which is much appreciated. There is a very detailed guest book clearly outlining how everything works and all the house rules. There is a large step up shower with lots of hot water and water pressure, limited toiletries, but lots of toilet paper! You must climb stairs to the unit but these were not a problem for us. Decor and view were adequate. There is a French press for coffee but other than that we did not cook. The building entrance feels somewhat commercial and not very visually welcoming but it was quiet and we saw no other residents. Fyi the second bedroom has limited access to the bed. - check the puctures. We noted a funky smell at times in the unit. The bathroom definitely had intermittent odour issues and that may have been what we noticed throughout or perhaps it is a carpet odour. It's not terrible but it's noticable. Overall it's a nice place, great location, has parking and laundry, and a fabulous host. I would stay here again.
Great flat for our two nights in Inverness. Location was ideal - close to the train/bus station, restaurants, and shopping. The flat had all the necessary amenities and our hosts provided excellent communication leading up to our stay. Highly recommend!
