Accessed via a shared entrance at the rear of the building, with both lift and stair access, the apartment is easy to reach for all guests. A single garage is also available at the back of the home for your exclusive use.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features two bedrooms and accommodates up to five guests in existing bedding. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a tri-bunk, ideal for families or small groups.

A double sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional two guests. Please note this is available on request only, and a fee of $30 per person, per night applies for guests beyond the standard occupancy.

The property includes a well-appointed bathroom with a modern shower and a separate toilet. Laundry facilities, including a dryer and clothes drying rack, are thoughtfully positioned in the hallway for added convenience.
