Park your car securely in the double garage and step onto the ground floor of this modern two story townhouse. Downstairs, you'll find two well appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri bunk, both featuring built in robes and wall panel heaters for year round comfort. The ground floor also includes a central bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer. At the rear, a private courtyard provides the ideal spot to hang out your wetsuits to dry and enjoy a peaceful space of your own. Upstairs, natural light floods the spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area which is a welcoming space for everyone to come together after a day at the beach. The kitchen features modern appliances including an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The adjacent lounge area offers multiple comfortable couches, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo for relaxed evenings in. Also, on the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and the other with a tri bunk and a single bed. Both rooms have built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also enjoys semi ensuite access to the main bathroom, which includes a shower, bath and toilet. Location is great, when looking at the place online it looked new and inviting. During our stay we had lights not working in stairwell, sliding doors in ensuite not closing, no locks on bathroom doors, outside furniture un-usable , no security lights outside, kitchen pans un-usable & some of the blinds had no strings to operate them.
