A brilliant division between the private and social spaces is revealed with living areas on both levels incorporating private courtyards and full-length balcony encapsulating views of water. Your perfect holiday destination no matter the time of year. Grandview on Bayview is truly a cut above the rest.  
  
Whether summer or winter this space is truly a great space to relax and enjoy.  
  
Upon entering, you'll find the main Queen bedroom, which boasts a private ensuite complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet, along with built-in robes for ample storage.   
  
A second living area specifically tailored for entertainment, making it an ideal spot for games or movie nights. Additionally, the downstairs area includes a charming little courtyard. A peaceful oasis where one can unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings in privacy. To ensure convenience and functionality, there is also a well-equipped laundry room downstairs.   
  
The upstairs area is a stunning showcase of modern living, featuring an open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the main kitchen, dining area, and living space. The decor is both stylish and inviting, creating an ambiance that is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. With two balconies extending from this floor, residents can enjoy ample natural light and fresh air, making it a versatile and pleasant environment for any occasion.
