Super host (5 star reviews) (BTW this gorgeous property is for sale by owner, try before you buy! Reserve $1.1m) This idyllic, sanctuary is only 400 mt to the beach. Contemporary open plan living, quality beds, modern bathrooms, new fully provisioned kitchen. Free WI-FI, linen, towels and toiletries etc provided. Gorgeous, outdoor seating on plant filled decks ideal for coffee/drinks or cosy up by the wood fire. True dog friendly-rustic fully fence courtyard, save on kennel fees and bring your dog at no extra charge. Easy drive to Wilson’s Prom, Philip Island, Cowes The space There are a few steps from the carport up to the large front deck (which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining) and the front door. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced. Guest access Guest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property. Other things to note Our focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home. Our beach house is in a quiet leafy street yet only a short walk to the beach. It is a two minute drive into Inverloch village for coffee, pizza, quality restaurants and lovely home ware and clothing boutiques, fishing and surfing gear shops plus supermarket, chemist, newsagent etc. if you fancy exploring our beautiful area via bicycle do contact our friends at Inverloch bike hire Danny and Mieka. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and we slept so well. It was a very hot long weekend and the aircon was much needed. We stayed with our two smallish dogs and it was a perfect place for us to relax with them. The place is highly secure and we loved the doggy door that leads to a big back garden for dogs to run around, play and sniff to their hearts content. We stayed at Easter and whilst there wasn’t a lot of sunlight coming into the house, it was a good excuse to get out with lots of walks to the beach and into town. Anne was a super lovely host and has done a great job in setting up the house to ensure you have a great stay. We highly recommend for a great dog friendly stay! ##### Nicola K. Clean, functional and very carefully thought out. It had everything we needed, and more - a relaxing space, both inside and out, with the garden being a highlight. Anne ensured that the only issue we experienced was addressed and fixed promptly. Our dog was entirely secure in both the front deck and rear garden. The location was in a quiet area. ##### Anu & R. You're so close to the beach and exceptional food is available in town or a 15-minute scenic drive to Wonthaggi. The Host is outstanding and caring but not overbearing.
