The cottage is in the small village of Minard, just south of Inveraray and has direct views across the ever-changing panorama of Loch Fyne. There are walks to suit all abilities from the cottage, along the shore, round the village and up into the hills to the deserted Feorlin village or a short walk away at the National Trust gardens at Crarae. The loch shore is 100 metres away, where you can launch small boats and kayaks. Inveraray and Lochgilphead offer a range of facilities including restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions. Both are a short drive away. A great holiday cottage in a beutiful location. You will likely want to have a car but there are bus services to the village. It’s perfectly located to explore and they’ve thought of everything you could ever need to be comfortable. The linens are lovely, the sun porch was heavenly, and the space was perfectly organized with Bosch appliances and comfy beds. The cottage is small but still perfect for a family of four.
