"It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...

"Our family of 9 enjoyed a beautiful stay at this Intervale retreat. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed home. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, pool table and that the kids had their own hang out area. We will certainly be back!"

"This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this property. Normally we visit North Conway at the end of June but we decided to take the kids for their first ski trip in February. This house is just as wonderful in the winter as it is in the summer (maybe more)! The kids had a great time snowshoeing around the property and ran into a few small groups of deer. The adults appreciated soaking in the
