First they gave us a unit with someone else in it, then they gave us the wrong code to get in. I have yet to see them replacing my kettle after 5nights, the original one was burnt. Aside from that the place is great, excellent location unless u have a car because there is no parking and the nearby lots are $$$.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and management was unresponsive and irresponsible. Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm but when we arrived at 6pm, the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in. There was garbage in the bins, and the bed and mattress were even off the bed frames. Management did response when we notified them that the apartment was not cleaned on the first night and sent someone to come and clean the apartment. However, the next night we noticed a small black insect crawling on the bed covers and upon a closer look it appeared to be a bed bug. We then noticed another one crawling a few feet away on the same bed. There is definitely an infestation because they were pretty big. We immediately notified management that night, expecting management to take the situation seriously and address it appropriately. Unfortunately, management was unresponsive and did not response to my calls or text messages after that. We immediately booked another hotel and left the apartment in the middle of the night. I understand bed bugs issues can of course happen in hotel settings but the fact that management does not response at all is truly disappointing and unprofessional. I will definitely never stay on this property or any other properties owned by this company.

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.

We stayed at this hotel before our cruise. It was within walking distance to everything and we could walk with our suitcases to our ship for the cruise. The room was really nice with tall ceilings. The shower was excellent with both a rainfall shower head and hand held shower wand. The staff were really nice and friendly. There was a nice staff member that helped us bring our luggage in at check in from the taxi. For breakfast, we got to have coffee and orange juice with some pastries and jam. It was lovely! Old Montreal is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is near everything! The architecture is so amazing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
