Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "
