The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a king size bed, and one full bathroom with a shower. The downstairs has a large family room with a sectional couch, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a half bathroom and a laundry room. Plenty of essentials are available for your use. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, and extra pillows/blankets are provided. There is a queen size air mattress if needed. Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are available. A gas grill is located right off of the dining room on the 2-tier deck (propane provided). There is a 55" smart tv in the main level family room and a 60" in the downstairs family room. All 4 bedrooms have a 40" smart tv. Want a break from technology? Enjoy the large variety of new family board and card games. The outside includes 70 feet of private frontage on the 2,000 acre all sports Green Lake and a large backyard with a firepit. There is a dock for your own personal watercraft. 3 kayaks are available for you to use. You can park your car in the attached 2 stall garage. The house is located 1.2 miles from the Interlochen Center for the Arts and close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, several golf courses, wineries, restaurants and casinos. Plenty of space. Kids loved the foosball table. Lake is shallow at the dock. You have to go out on a boat to fish, but the lake is huge and quiet.
