Hostel was in a great location in the city centre (however that meant slightly further away from the train station ~15 min walk which was a slight struggle with a heavy luggage). Service staff were helpful and friendly. Room had amazing view of the mountains. Decent breakfast spread. The room had a slightly musty smell. Lack of PowerPoints in room for charging

Amazing Stay
The Hostel was right at the center of the city. It was well maintained and staff was friendly too. Really appreciate the cleanliness. Must recommend.

Full kitchen with many cooking stations and conventional ovens too. You can absolutely buy groceries and cook from scratch. Free breakfast (bread, cereal, yogurt, fancy coffee machine, hot chocolate, tea). Free dryers (coin laundry). Rooms are spacious if you book a private one. Next to bus station although train station is also walkable. Can borrow a hair dryer. Room amenities are limited but not a concern for us. Separate shower and toilet and sink in the room. Plenty of large lockers that will fit large suitcases, and lockers in the room if you're sharing the room with someone else. Recreational activities include ping pong, foosball etc. All free to use. Excellent location. Nice gardens and terrace spaces too.

This’s good option for middle price in peak season. We chose it because too late to find other hotel close to Interlaken Ost station. There’s a public sharing kitchen , that’s little convenient, however also uncomfortable because not really clean when people share using. That’s good they have a laundry room. Free breakfast doesn’t have many options, but enough for people to get some energy in the morning. The bus station is right on the front of right side so very convenience. They give you pass to use free buses & some train directions close of the town in stayed days. The minus point is no AC & fan in our stays that really terrible when it’s so hot & humid! My kids couldn’t sleep well, better little at nights when we opened the windows, however still uncomfortable because no air flow in room, the bugs could get in when opening the windows. The hostel is basic same motel in US. Overall I rate 7/10.

We loved our hostel! The front desk was so kind and helpful! We loved the indoor pool access we had across town. Breakfast was awesome. We highly recommend this hostel.

We are very happy to know that laundry is available without cost using the coins provided to us. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is decent, the location is convenient. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Hostel Living!
Great hostel in heart of Interlaken. Very attentive and friendly staff! Lots of room to cook in the three kitchens. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the 4 person room. Close to everything so you can walk everywhere.

Bad experience.
The check out day male staff was very very rude and had not clue of customer service and I complaint about his rudeness, he start arguing with me that it’s not rude. Simply they have no idea about customer service. Beds were not comfortable and was hot and noisy in the rooms, no air or even no fan .

Great Stay
Enjoyed my stay in Interlaken. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about great hikes in the area. The beds were comfy and clean. The beds had their own power outlet. Each room has it’s own toilet and sink. Overall, great stay!

We were looking for accommodation two days before arriving so we had low expectations, however this hostel is amazing and a lot better than most Hotels we have stayed in. Great facilities (playing areas, kitchen, lounges) and super clean

Book a private room if you can
The place was great. My roommates not so much. I've been staying in hostels for over 30 years. So I am used to the small annoyances. But this time 2 young ladies decided to rummage through there bags from 12 am to 1:30. They had everything wrapped in those loud plastic bags. 3 young men kept coming in and out of the room around 4 am, letting the door slam each time. Large suitcases left open in the middle of the floor to be tripped on in the middle of the night. I tried to explain to them what they were doing and was given the deer in the headlights look. I know they spoke English because I had a conversation with each of them as they arrived. I would definitely stay here again just in a private room.

Fantastic ! The best hostel I've ever stayed ♪
Stayed in 6-Bed Mix Dorm for 2 nights. ★Location★ This hostel is located right in the middle between Interlaken Ost (East) & Interlaken West station, Not so close, roughly 10-15 mins walking distance respectively. Supermarkets like Coop, Denner are 5-10 mins away from the hostel, Restaurants and Cafes can be found just around the corner. ★Facilities★ Love the comfy bed and pillow. Well equipped e.g. individual locker & a towel are provided. Power outlet with lamp and shelf available on each bed. Hair dryer near basin. Very clean bathroom and toilet. You can also buy your own food and store in the fridge, cook and eat at the dining area near kitchen. 2 tokens is given for 1 night which allows you to either do your laundry (detergent included) or enjoy the beverages in common area. ★Hospitality★ Super helpful and friendly Staffs. Would like to thank especially Christine for her in-depth itinerary advices.

Great place to stay
Lots of amenities including a kitchen, free breakfast, internet use, game rooms with table tennis and other games, TV room, convenient location for going to Jungfrau, Europe's highest mountain and there's a paragliding school within the hostel. Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. I asked for a room with a separate toilet and bath which worked well.

Great hostel in great location in Interlaken
Good centrally located hostel in Interlaken. You can easily walk to both train stations and anywhere in Interlaken without breaking a sweat. I had never stayed in a hostel before (and I'm 29) so I was a little nervous about it, but our private room was just fine. Clean sheets and very decent bathroom. The staff is very very helpful - probably the main plus. You get coins for hot drinks and washing machine (although it was always taken when we tried to use it). The breakfast is a tad limited with cereal and bread with spreads but it was fine. Overall it was a great value for the money and we enjoyed our time there.

great for a hostel
The hostel was perfect for a group of 4. They have a room that fits us all and have our own private toilet. The hotel also provides self catering kitchen where we can cook our own food. Although, when we were there, there are too many guests using the kitchen at the same time. We did not have the chance to cook and it is really messy. I hope they can have bigger kitchen to cater their growing guests. They also provide laundry which is helpful. But again, too many guests but few washing machines. They also got pool table, foosball table that can be used.

Clean, bare bones place to sleep with a great front desk staff
This is a very basic place - clean, well-managed and very friendly staff. They offer most of the amenities a backpacker, family or group would need - washing machines, communal kitchen area, TV room, game room, free breakfast, computers, etc. That said, it is a bit institutional in its design. I felt like I was in rehab or a cushy white collar prison. I booked a hostel versus a hotel because I was traveling with my college-age son and wanted him to have the chance to meet people his own age, but this place didn’t have the party vibe I expected from Interlaken’s reputation - more families and large school groups. The front desk staff were extremely nice and gave some great advice about things to see (check out Trummelbach Falls) and do in the rain.
