Andererseits war es in der Harderstraße oft sehr laut trotz verkehrsberuhigter Zone. Negativ waren die mangelhafte Sauberkeit der Wohnung, das altmodische Bad mit schlechter Beleuchtung, die verschlissenen Küchenmöbel und der schlechte Schlafkomfort.
