About this property

This holiday home has a living space of 110 m², sleeps up to 6 people, two parki

  • Enjoy your holiday in this cozy holiday home with approx. 110 m², lovingly furnished in a modern way by the owners.

    On the ground floor/entrance area there is the spacious, light-flooded living-dining area with an open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, radio/CD and a large dining table where you can enjoy nice game evenings with the Family can spend, as well as TV. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed and a guest toilet with a washing machine.

    On the upper floor you get directly into the spacious living room with a large window front, which is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD. From here you have access to another bedroom with a double bed and a wellness bathroom, which leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sauna.

    A spiral, space-saving staircase takes you to the sleeping loft with a double bed.
    This house allows 6 people to have a completely comfortable holiday.

    A travel cot and two high chairs are available for our little guests.

    Enjoy the beautiful back garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

    There are two parking spaces at the house.

Zum wohlfühlen geschaffen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super gelegen. In 3min ist man am wunderschönen Strand. Die Sauna läd zum Entspannen ein.Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben uns im großzügigen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Innenpool und die Sauna sorgten für schöne Entspannung. Auch der grüne Garten mit schöner Sitzecke sind prima. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern von PAS war einfach, man reagierte prompt. Auch der hilfsbereite Nachbar, der sich um den Pool kümmert, ist ein "echt Guter". Kleiner Hinweis: beim Schirm im Garten ist die Kurbelmechanik hin, die Rollläden im EG sind es auch (lassen sich nicht öffnen), der TV im EG streikt auch. Wir vermissten einen kleinen Topf, Topflappen, Eieranpiekser und den Handfeger zur Kehrschaufel. Super ist die Waschmaschine und die bereitgestellten Wäschetrockner nebst Klammern. Und der große Schuppen für die Auflagen, Bollerwagen und Fahrräder. Wirklich erstaunlich, wie gut Sie die vielen Ferienhäuser und Wohnungen managen und dazu immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich sind! Großes Lob und Dank an Sie alle! Wir versuchen, in 2 Jahren wieder zu kommen!
