Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen und wirkt deprimierend

Wir blieben von den geplanten 6 Nächten leider nur eine in dieser Unterkunft, da es keine Urlaubsqualitäten hatte und uns sehr bedrückt hat. Die Zimmer sind deutlich dunkler als auf den Bildern, in der Küche sind sehr wenige Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden und die Pfanne ausgebeult (+ Griff lose)... Bei TV Sender gibt sehr wenig Auswahlmöglichkeiten, Deckenleuchte im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht und die Bettdecken/ Kissen sind sehr fleckig... Ich rate definitiv ab davon hier zu buchen. Als wir abreisten erfuhren wir von den Vermietern keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Kompromiss. Die Kurtaxe wurde lediglich zurück überwiesen, weil wir uns an die Kurverwaltung gewendet haben...
