Dream apartment with approx. 93 m² and harbor view on the 1st floor (with elevator).

A large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed and a balcony facing the harbor await you!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

Smoking is not permitted in this holiday apartment. Pets are not allowed

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.

Wir fühlten uns wie immer sehr wohl, bei einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Hafen. Leider sind die Preise in der letzten Zeit sehr gestiegen, deshalb sollte mehr Augenmerk auch auf Kleinigkeiten gelegt werden, wie z.B beschmierte Fenster innen, Duschfugen und auch das Saunalicht ist leider defekt.

Wir lieben einfach diesen Ausblick, die Ostsee und der Hafen direkt vor der Haustür. Es gibt aber auch den einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt. Die Wohnungen werden leider immer teurer, dafür kann man dann aber auch erwarten, das die Dusche mal neu gemacht wird. Der Mülleimer in der Küche ist defekt. Im Gästebad fehlt ein Hygieneeimer. Die Beleuchtung in der Sauna ist ebenfalls defekt.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Toplage. Näher zur Ostsee geht nicht. Um 9 Uhr in der Sonne auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt (im Oktober ), Strandspaziergang, Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon genossen. Dann in die Wohnungseigene Sauna. Am nächsten Tag fußläufig zur Steilküste. Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer. Wir haben unsere Tage genossen. Herrlich. Mitarbeiter super nett und verständnisvoll. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Hilfe.

In der Wohnung müsste mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine hingestellt werden und allgemein ein bisschen moderner sein (Sofa) aber allgemein ist es eine schöne Wohnung.

Hallo. Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung, wie immer, aber : wir haben den vollen Preis für die Saisoneröffnung gezahlt, für Brötchen usw. mussten wir leider nach Kirchdorf fahren. Gilt die Saisoneröffnung nicht für alle? Die Dusche ist sehr von Schwarzschimmel befallen, hier besteht handlungsbedarf.

Hallo. Wir waren nicht das erste und auch nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Wohnung. Es ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch sehr sauber. Allerdings ist der Staubsauger, gerade wenn man mit Tier anreist, eine Katastrophe. Sieht gut aus, das war es dann auch. Schön wäre es auch wenn die Seekiste Brötchen anbieten würde. Das der Bäcker in der Woche aufmacht kann man wohl nicht erwarten. Es sind doch einige Urlauber vor Ort.

Die Fenster, besonders wenn Fliegengitter davor sind, sollten öfters mal geputzt werden, damit die wirklich tolle Aussicht auch gesehen werden kann. Wir haben die Balkontür selber sauber gemacht.

Da wir seit Jahren immer die ringelrobbe buchen stellt sich die Frage warum die Dusche / Duschkabine nicht erneuert wurden. Alles andere ist super gelungen und wir freuen uns auf den Dezemberurlaub. Vielleicht mit einer neuen Dusche. Tür im Bad wurdecsufcjefen Fall gemacht schleift nicht mehrveiecvother

Zu Beginn des Urlaubs fehlten noch die Stühle auf dem Balkon, die aber dann ja dankenswerter Weise noch nachgeliefert wurden. Dies war uns so wichtig, da meine 90 jährigen Eltern nicht mehr viel laufen können und den Urlaub quasi auf dem Balkon verbringen in großer Glücklichkeit - DANKE

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in der Wohnung und die Küchenausstattung hat sich immer etwas verbessert. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Auflaufform gäbe. Außerdem wäre eine WLAN-Ausstattung der Wohnung von Vorteil, weil der mobile Internetzugang nur sehr unzuverlässig funktioniert. Da es keine Hinweise auf Ausflüge gibt, ist das Internet sehr wichtig.
