Waterfront Equipment & House Guidelines

We’re so happy to have you enjoy the lake and all the amenities our property offers. To ensure everything remains in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

Water Equipment Responsibility
By booking with us, you agree to be responsible for all water equipment provided during your stay. In the event that any items are lost, missing, or damaged, the following replacement charges will apply:

Paddle Board: $1,500
Kayaks: $250 each
Life Jackets: $75 each (7 should remain onsite)

For your convenience, a lock and chain are provided. Please ensure:

The paddle board is secured at all times to prevent it from drifting away or being taken
Kayaks are tied off and locked using the same chain and lock provided

Pets Policy
We love pets, however they must be declared and included in your reservation.

If pets are found to be onsite and were not included in the booking, a $75 fee will be applied

Garbage & Recycling
To avoid animals getting into waste:

Please do not leave garbage outside at any time
If your checkout day is Sunday, kindly bring all garbage and recycling to the road prior to departure for scheduled pickup

Before checkout, please:

Wash all dishes, or
Load and run the dishwasher
