There were a few housekeeping issues but when I reached out by email I received no response so we managed to resolve the issues ourselves. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay here. The space and the nature, as well as the neighborhood, were amazing. The inside of the home was beautiful; the amount of bathrooms/bedroom ratio was amazing. They were all clean and cozy. There were a lot of step-ups through the home, so if elders have any walkers or need accessibility, sadly, it is not the best option. The homeowner and the amazing team were great with contact and understanding, as well as accommodating our family in our last-minute situation, and for that, we are all grateful. They were very friendly and welcoming as well. There were a lot of spices and cooking ware at the home, and a nice little coffee bar space. The nature around you is also a really beautiful thing. The river is full of turtles and frogs; the ducks are adorable to hear through the evening by the fire.
