"Hotel Pensacola was a very clean hotel that we enjoyed staying at. The air conditioner struggled to keep the humidity down in the room, and I brought it to the attention of the staff. They said they’d look into it. We use the pool and enjoyed hanging out just being able to cool ourselves off in the summer heat. The pool side furniture is getting oxidized due to the sun and some chairs may need to be replaced in the near future"

"We needed place to stay for a few days until our home ac was repaired. The place was easy to reserve and check in. Right by NAS Pensacola. Newly built. Staff members were very engaged and friendly. The place was clean and everything worked. I say that because I have stayed at another and it was a complete mess. Pensacola location is by far the best! "

"My son and I needed a relaxing weekend and it was just that. The resort was very nice from check-in to check-out. They were very nice and accommodated an earlier check-in since we arrived a little early. The only issue we had was with the TV remote that wasn’t sure when it wanted to work. We called the front desk and someone came up within a few minutes and corrected the issue. He even provided us recommendations for our meal. All the attendants were friendly and helpful. Will try to stay here again if they have accommodations for us. "
