Very good Hotel in the best place

The location is in the best place of the city. The facilities in the zone and the offer for food and drinks are wonderfull

Reception spoils your stay

Whereas the hotel is excellent the reception staff is rude, indifferent and uncooperative. The experience we had is very unpleasant. We arrived early after a night flight tired and needing rest. We were told rooms will be given only after 2 pm. Our experience worldwide is that the hotel does not guarantee rooms before 2pm but when rooms are ready they are given to early arriving guests. We left for several hours and came back 13:40 but were told to wait until 14:00. While waiting other arriving gusts got rooms immediately When complaining we were sent to an unfit room with special arrangement for invalids that make them very uncomfortable for regular guests. Only after loud complaint we were transfered to a suitable room. It is as if the rule to let guests to rooms only after 2 pm is one of the 10 commandments!!! This spoils all the good things in this hotel. After such reception you can not enjoy all the good things this hotel could offer I recomended tourists to go to other hotels and not go to this one certainly not "prepaid"

Superb hotel, superb service, perfect location

Pros: The staff, location and spa
Cons: Slightly faster on the delivery of ice to the room? but seriously all aspects of service at this property was impeccable
Location: Great shopping and eating right on your doorstep
10 to of 10 From the moment the door of our transfer car opened to it closing on the way to the airport we felt we were in good hands. Peter who checked us in set the scene for a great (albeit short) stay. Hd is the perfect face/voice of the hotel. The location was perfect for us, right in the centre of shopping and eating spots. The Spa is great, I don't think we have ever spent more time just relaxing - spotless and again friendly staff. I will be recommending this property to my clients and colleuges

Perfect location

Pros: Proximity to everything
Location: The ferris wheel is opposite. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
We chose this hotel for our last day in Budapest. It was a bit of luxury before returning home. The facilities were very good, concierge service excellent. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey. We didn't eat in the hotel but used the neighbouring restaurants which offered better value for our money.

Great location.

Pros: Location. Room size, bath size.
Cons: A new head of concierge.
Location: You can walk the peatonal to the river and check store restaurant etc. a lot of activity. Or go to the park in front there is always activity.
Great location. In front there is a park who has a lot of activity in the back of the hotel a peatonal street with stores restaurant. The restaurants looks good there is a Nobu restaurant here. Need better beds. I had a trouble with the head of concierge, I ask a taxi for 7 persons, and he told me that there is no so big taxis. ( big lie). I believe him, later I saw a couple of cabi Vw taxis for 7. I was very upset, i. Ever saw again the same guy so I did not make a complain. I guess he received a commission for the amount of taxis because he arrange for us two taxis. If I have time may be I will send a message to the hotel. Everything else pretty good.

Comfortable stay that was conveniently located. Staff could have better communicated the inconvenience of foreign dignitaries to the area that made the hotel inaccessible at certain times.

The last stop in a multi-stop European vacation, our time at the Kempinski in Budapest was a superb ending to a great trip. The hotel is beautiful, the staff remarkably helpful, and everything is done in a way that made us feel special.

All were good as expected, staff especially the reciption, rooms, facilities, only the exchange rate when using cards, and it's not hotels fault.
