The room was reasonably clean overall. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. With that said, the bathroom fixtures were dated and worn. The doors in the room had lots of dings and dents. The air vents in the AC unit were clogged and matted with dirt. The staff was hit or miss. The front desk attendant was dismissive, robotic and a little rude for check-in. Conversely a different attendant was very helpful and kind for check-out. The biggest knock for me is the horrible odor in the lobby and casino that you have to pass through to get to your room. Cigarette smoke combined with body odor, vomit and grime covered by some kind of sweet floral air freshener. It kind of smells like a funeral home. Bally’s should take notes from Caesar’s next door which is magnitudes cleaner with no aroma at all. Even though the room was decent I don’t think that we will stay at Bally’s again moving forward.

This is my second Nobu location and I was so disappointed. I had high hopes from the one I stayed at in Cabo, nothing like that at all! My first night we ended up staying in a room that I did not book and was told we would get a $50 food/beverage credit for the inconvenience on top of compensation for the room difference. We ended up only getting the food credit. Awful, Rude staff and not the best cleaning job. I found hair in the shower drain and housekeeping came to clean our room one out of the 3 days we booked. I do not recommend this establishment.

The bathroom sink was clogged, there were gnats in the restaurant and sometimes near the pastries. There’s a $10 fee each time you leave the hotel (using the garage parking lot). The hotel room was nice and modern and there was a nice view from the window.
