Top class hotel in the centre of Munich old town. Room and facilities were both fantastic and the staff made a real effort to go above and beyond.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of many Munich sights and shopping. The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience.
