Booked a room for 3 person but the bed was for 2

Booked a room for 3 persons, but the hotel room had only a bed for 2 persons. Addressed the issue to the reception, they said they were out of additional beds. Addressed the issue to hotels.com and escalated to manager Axel, who told be beds were subject to availability only.

Alles was prima. En bushalte voor de deur. Bus was gratis binnen de zone van 100. Maar wel lid zijn van de hotelketen. Dat kun je altijd doen. Is gratis. Prima hotel.
