"Lynden cottage perfectly located in Trentham. Comfortable, cosy and charming. Property was perfect for our dog, plenty of room to stretch out. Short walk in to town. Great fireplace and plenty of firewood as was needed due to cold and wet long weekend. But keen to revisit in warmer weather."

"Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't booked in). The property wasn’t as described, and customer service after the stay was appalling - slow responses, repeated spam-like messages, and an unwillingness to offer a fair resolution.The resolution offered didn't come close to making up for a uncomfortably cold, sleepless night and poor treatment. We’ve stayed in several tiny homes before - this was by far the worst value and most frustrating experience."
