"Room looked worn out. Great place to stay for one night but no more than that. Room needs refreshing. Tv screen should be updated with more latest smart version. No smart aps etc. positive- in room dining service was great. Food quality was good too."

"Advertised as a smoke free environment, however on entering to check in a strong smell of cigarette smoke was immediately noticed. In the accommodation area a smell of smoke from the hotel area was noticed along with cigarette smoke smell in the bedding linen, pillows, curtains. There were people smoking in the gaming area and at the bar."
