Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Stored our bags until our evening flight which was great for us to sightsee without lugging bags around. Great location and will definitely stay again.

Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!
