We recommend this lovely hotel for those looking for a quiet downtown location : easily walkable to the train station and all the tourist highlights in Tours: historical sites, Loire River, shopping, restaurants and the medieval square. The personnel are very helpful and accommodating. Just remember that there is a charge for their breakfast.

First time in Tours! conveniently located to train station hotel is in safe area and staff was very helpful and spoke English well! Breakfast provided was pleasant and complete. I would recommend this hotel to new visitors. It even had about 10 easy parking spaces in front in case you had a car!

Excellent location, lovely & quiet, but right in the centre of Tours with secure parking. The hotel is a little bit dated, but still excellent. Returned at least 10 times for business and pleasure.

A nice stay in Tours
Easy checkin and a good sized comfy room on the 4th/top floor. Nice sitting area and wonderful spacious bathroom, by French standards. Unobstructed view over Tours. The front desk staff, Etienne and Mikail were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We didn't opt for the breakfast buffet but it looked very adequate when we walked by. The hotel is nicely located near the centre without the noise.

Nice for a quick stay
The front desk staff is kind and helpful. The main floor including the lobby, breakfast area, bar and terrace are nice and updated but the rooms would need a little love too... time for remodeling. The location of the hotel is nice and convenient in a quiet street.

Great hotel
Comfortable and friendly hotel. Very nice staff. Traditional with character, better than ultra modern hotels with no heart and no feeling for the area they represent. Enjoy our visits here very much. Also love the little garden, it's so relaxing to sit out there.

Well positioned for the medieval quarter. Room clean and comfortable. Nice outside garden area for drinks. No restaurant but not a problem as spoilt for choice in the city, loads an easy walk. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

The property was a little difficult to find but was well worth it. They have a very nice garden where you can relax with a drink. There is a nice bakery just down the block.

Good match to its price
Room in a decent size. Our friend's room with a tiny bathroom although our friend is not big built. Everything in the room was good. I wish the mattress could be more firm. I have backache after sleep due to a very soft bed. But it doesn't matter much because we only stayed a 1-night stopover. If the hotel can provide free parking, it will be good. It's expensive when compared to the street parking is free at night.

Great location, a little below usual BW standard
Excellent central location with many nearby restaurants & shops. As well as there was no food available (apart from breakfast) not even snack/sandwich. Room pretty small but comfortable. Clean. Toilet seat very loose (reported next morning). 2 dogs -charge 18 euro per night, parking 10 euros. 2 beers cost 15 euros, (& didn't taste good)

Excellent choice in Tours
Excellent location, on-site parking, and large room and bathroom make this an outstanding choice for traveling with family. Tours is an amazing city, and this hotel is within easy walking distance of many wonderful sites and areas. It even has a small lift, a wonderful surprise since we were placed on the 4th floor.
