"Tulip Play House"5 Bedrooms 3.5 bath Pool & Spa w/ Built in BBQ, big side yard

  • This home has been fully renovated on the inside and out also equipped with all brand new Kitchen Aid appliances and all brand new furniture through out the whole house. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a large corner lot that features 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths with pool & spa that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. All rooms have smart TV's. Large back yard with covered built in BBQ for entertaining, sunken fire-pit and big grassy side yard. The home is less 1.5 miles away from Coachella, Stagecoach and 4 miles away from the Indian Wells Tennis gardens. HITS horse is 8.5 miles away. There's a grocery and drug store less then a mile away with a bunch of restaurants as well.
