I messaged Tanya and she immediately responded with cancelling our reservation. When I asked what just happened she responded that she had been dealing with something all day and it wouldn’t be resolve until next week (very vague). If she had been dealing with it all day why didn’t she reach out beforehand to give us a heads up? Why did she wait for me to reach out an hour past checkin? We were completely stranded in Indio. Our vacation/weekend ended up turning into a total nightmare. Tanya was extremely unprofessional and I advise anyone to rethink booking this place because this could happen to you. ##### Adam L. If I have to complain about something it would be lack of cooking pans, dishes, silverware, dish towels. I guess I am used to homes we went through VRBO completely stocked with enough things to make it our home away from home.
