Cancellation & Processing Fees If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. \*if you do not have any reviews or average under 4 stars we will require a $500 refundable security deposit \*\*Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions. \*POOL DOES NOT HAVE HEAT\* \*PETS: Pets are not allowed Guests are expected to turn fire pit off if they are not immediately around it. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. Apologies in advance if the pool, pool chairs or outdoor furniture is dusty, we have them cleaned regularly but the winds are strong here and sometimes the dust / dirt collects, especially in the tanning bed area. \*\*additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay be will cost an additional fee. Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers. DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Please note that pool cleaners come every Monday and Thursday to clean the pool, so please don\`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay. The primary guest (who books the property) is required to sign a rental agreement and submit their ID. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
