This modern, newly renovated, resort-style vacation home is luxury living at its best! This 2500 sq. ft., single story vacation home is the perfect relaxing getaway with family and friends. A spacious, private backyard that is fully enclosed with a newly constructed large heated pool & spa, fire pit, sun beds, comfortable lounge area, grill, 4-hole putting green, indoor & outdoor dining, a game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, dartboard and board games. Unforgettable memories are made here!


Every luxurious bedroom has a brand new king size bed, new pillows, duvets and crisp white high end thread count sheets. Each bedroom also has a smart TV for your viewing enjoyment.

The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends with options or either indoor or outdoor dining tables, or more casually at the island.


There are plenty of games in the air-conditioned garage including the pool table, ping pong table, darts, and foosball. In the backyard there are fun games that include the putting green, corn hole and ladder toss.


The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.


Guests have access to the entire home minus one locked closet designated for the cleaning crew.


*There is a strict 9pm weekday/10 pm weekend noise ordinance that guests must adhere to for the peace and tranquility of the neighbourhood.*


**The property is fully enclosed for your complete privacy. Your privacy is very important to us. No security cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard or side areas. There is one security camera facing the driveway, one security camera overlooking the side gate, and also one security doorbell camera.**
