Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
