Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree National Park, El Paseo, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. Life style center also has Tennis Courts, Pickle ball courts, Gym, Salt water Pool and Jacuzzi. When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Must enter and exit community off of Monroe St Uber/Lyfts are more than welcomed. Long term stays of 5 months only allowed for Nov-March Available by the month: May, June, July, August and September. Coachella and Stagecoach have a 4 day minimum. Trash days are on Mondays, if you want can bring the garbage bin to the curb the night prior and roll it back into the garage after the trash has been collected that would be greatly appreciated.
