The house is brand new, on a brand new gated community with other rentals, so you can say hi to your temporary neighbors and all are very friendly since they are all in vacations! The style, furniture is impressive, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, the pool is more impressive than in the pics, and few resorts can match it, beds were very comfy and all rooms had its own bathroom. It is very new and just amazing. It was a little slow communicating with the host before our stay, but once it got within 3 days of our stay, all communication was complete, courteous and quick (even got to practice my Italian with Jesus!). Some hair dryers were missing, but host brought several the very next morning. Everything else was perfect. We did have issues during our stay. Not all bathrooms (2 of the 7) had hair dryers and washcloths. We had to buy more washcloths, kitchen trash bags during our stay. The master suite had ants under the nightstand and on the wall. The garage door would not close so we couldn't secure that area when we left the property. The most disappointing thing was the hot tub only worked correctly for a day and a half of our 5-night stay. A pool tech was sent on a couple of occasions but was unable to make needed repairs.
