- Situated with a stunning golf course and mountain view from the south-facing backyard of the sought-after gated community of Sun City Shadow Hills. Access to all the amenities including a well-appointed 18-hole golf course plus an executive course. Two recreational clubhouses with 2 outdoor pools, jacuzzis, an indoor lap pool, a fully equipped gym, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts, and so much more! Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and in-suite bathrooms. Deluxe kitchen with nook table seating as well as a separate formal dining room for entertaining.
