Friendly staff at front desk with easy check in. Ned was comfortable. The hotel was lacking in cleanliness. Floors in the room, and throughout, had clearly not been swept - hair, dust, and small pieces of paper in the corners and throughout the room. One of the largest walls in the room had screws sticking out with nothing hanging. Looked unkempt. Marijuana and cigarette smell was also pretty strong throughout the building. Hotel was just ok for the night. Would not return.

Overall we had a decent stay. Our room was clean and I really liked the shower and the included lotion, body wash, and conditioner. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a perfect location with a lot of stores nearby, which made everything very convenient. One downside was that the walls seem thin because I could hear the people in the room next to us. My room also didn’t have carpet, which I personally didn’t mind. The biggest concern was the pool area. Unfortunately, I saw about five people slip while entering the pool because the steps in the water are very slippery. One of the people who fell was my son. The handle bar going into the pool is also very loose, which makes me think others may have fallen and grabbed onto it. This is a serious safety hazard and something that really needs attention. The hot tub was very nice though, no complaints there. Overall it’s a good hotel and could easily be a 5-star experience if the pool safety issue was fixed.

The room was fairly clean. There was a notable amount of west and treat. It looked like a lot of previous water damage. The 2nd floor looked like it had buckled at dinner point and the walls at the bottom near the restroom appeared to previously have had water damage also. The faucet was broken and kept falling off Everytime I washed my hands, that was a little annoying. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable, nice pillows, comfy covers. A good selection of tv channels was nice. The shower had a good amount of pressure and was refreshing. The noise level was a lot. We're could hear a bunch of banging from upstairs and full conversations of the people in the next room. Loved the check out staff. Nice and positive The breakfast was ok, could have been better but not horrible, just standard hotel food Overall A good stay, I'll return
