Located on the Old Northside of Indy, you will love being in walking distance of the Bottleworks District, Monon Trail, Mass Ave & downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the historic vibe here and 4 HUGE bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2.5 bathrooms, and a 3rd story w/ a dedicated office room and a gym. There is so much space to spread out and to engage over foosball, game night, TV, coffee, cooking, and more. This is like a home away from home- the perfect spot to relax in between experiencing downtown Indy!
There is a very strict policy of no parties, no smoking and no pets. No outside guests are allowed onsite except those noted on your reservation. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
