The space was clean and had a full kitchen. The check-in process was easy and it was also not too far from a Kroger for grocery shopping. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the rooftop pool was drained and closed during our entire stay, despite it being the middle of July. The pool was a huge selling point and we were looking forward to enjoying it while we were there. The dryer also stopped working after the first load and the property manager was unable to fix it before we left. We had to wash and dry our laundry at another location. Other than those problems, we had a positive stay at this apartment. ##### Andrew T. I spent an additional $150 to take my family on excursions that we didn’t anticipate on doing or spending. We did not have a balcony either so there was definitely a feeling of vertigo without any fresh air. Furniture was broken and or didn’t provide light. ##### Kayla J. Left Sunday morning an stayed elsewhere had enough of roaches.... I'd advise a service to get rid of em!!! ##### James S. The apartment had a strong smell of marijuana, the floors and surfaces were visibly dirty, and even the hallway floors leading to the unit were extremely dirty. It didn’t match the listing at all and didn’t feel sanitary or safe to stay in.I reached out to the host several times with no response. Because of the condition of the unit and the lack of communication, I checked out the next day.
