Guest access
Access to Unit A will be front door entrance.

If you park in the front of the property please be aware that parking is allowed, that is an active street. Please be aware of your surroundings, and keep an eye out for cars as you exit and enter you vehicles.

This property experiences all 4 seasons. With each season comes its deal of pests. Insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. The host will use best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay.

Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Guest understands that the host and co-hosts shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions and that any issues presented to the host or co-hosts by guest(s) not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the guest(s) any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
