Enjoy a stylish experience in our unique spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse w/ balcony & city view at this centrally-located place. All of the main attractions are steps away ( Lucas Oil Stadium/Gainbridge Fieldhouse/Victory Field). Our unit is connected to a skywalk that is accessible to Indy’s Dwntwn Mall & Convention Center w/out stepping foot outside with a variety of restaurants in the food court. We provide free private parking garage for one spot and 24 hr access to fitness center. On the 5th floor of our complex there's a pool table and a few other games along with furniture in the area and on our 6th floor we have a theater room with a massive projector screen, corn hole, poker table and a variety of other games. This space is everything you need to have a home away from home!

 ​“ Checkout instructions Check out is at 10:00am. If you leave anytime before that please notify us so that we are able to notify our cleaners that they are able to arrive early to clean.
You’ll need the key fob/parking pass when exiting the garage and will have to make a trip back up to leave key fob on kitchen counter. Please be sure to return key fob to avoid being charged.
Sorry for that hassle but that is the only way to exit our building garage. Used towels in bath tub. All used blankets/ covers should be left out so cleaners are able to identify that they need wash.

Location was the best! Host was very responsive. price was great too and included garage parking. Only pain was getting to the parking garage upon arrival and returning garage key fob upon departure. Overall great stay!

Good place to stay

The place is very nice. We enjoyed the condo, the location is good there is everything you need in a short walk or drive away. The only issue I had was the host wasn’t that responsive when I needed her. We didn’t know the WiFi code nor did we get told how to access the parking of the building. Things like WiFi and parking should be given after booking is complete so it makes it a smooth experience.

Property was clean and walking distance to where we went. Only problem was only 1 elevator and 2nd elevator didn't work next day. Otherwise beautiful!

BIG tourney visit

Two couples shared this condo for the 2025 BIG Basketball Tourney held in Indy. The location was fantastic and this condo is sized perfectly for 2 couples. The condo was clean and minimally stocked with supplies. Desperately in need of a dining room table and chairs. Could use more silverware and kitchen supplies. Really need to explain garage access to renters before they arrive: unload your stuff at front door and temp park car on street. Take your stuff up and get fob from kitchen and then go back down and park car in garage under building. Garage access is just to the right of front entrance in alley.

Missing Bed

I recently stayed here with my parents, wife and two kids. We picked this place over other because it is listed as sleeps 6 with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. However, on our arrival we found out that the place just has 1 king bed and 1 double bed. The owner did inform us that there was a blow up mattress in the closet if we wanted to use that.Pros:-Good location, right downtown and close to lots of restaurants and bars.-You can tell some effort was made with the decor to make the place look nice.-Owner was responsive when messaged.Cons:-Listed as three beds, but only had two beds.-Unlike most VRBOs, this one did not have a binder with instructions for wifi, check-in, check-out, the area, TVs, etc.... Instead a handful of instructions came in over messages.-Wasn't fully setup to host guests. As example, kitchen only had 2 butter knives, no dishwasher detergent and the main TV wasn't setup to watch TV (Not a smart TV, no firestick, chromecast, cable box, etc..). TV in bedroom was smart TV though.-Not a knock specifically about this place, but the walls themed pretty thin and both nights we were there the neighbors next door were up partying until 4am and had a crying baby. Overall, if you only need two beds and just want a place close to downtown, this will work, but if you need to sleep six and want to use the kitchen, probably not the best place.

It was a very nice unit, a little complicated to get in to because of construction in front of building. BUT the host was VERY helpful, sending pictures of exactly how to enter. We have a suburban and were able to access the parking garage beneath the building with no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the convenience of the location—plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. We came in for a Fever game, the location is within walking distance to Gainbridge. Our host Jazz was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!---

Nice but not 3 beds

The apartment was nice, but the hallway to the place was very dirty and while it was on the top floor, it was not what you expect for a penthouse. The listing showed three beds, but there are only two beds and an air mattress. The owner got us new batteries quickly for the air mattress but it did not hold air (what one ever does)? He was very responsive and did try to make it right with my disappointed teen, but it was still a rough weekend.
